Sage 300 Cloud just got a new makeover

Yes, your all-in-one enterprise management system (Sage 300 Cloud) just got a lot smarter and appealing.

Here’s what’s new for you:

Sage 300 Classic Screens:

  1. A fresh and modern look and feel.
  2. The newly re-designed buttons makes information clearer and accessible.
  3. Tools and controls on desktop appears on a ribbon instead of menus and toolbar making it easier to locate and use.



Import Templates:

The new Import template files with minimal record fields are available for various master/transactions such as AR Customer, AR Invoice, etc. These templates include sample data and are located in Sage 300 Application folder. Path > Sage Shared Data Folder/Import Templates.




Easier Setup for Printing to Email:

A new Email tab on the Company Profile screen makes it easier to set up and manage print-to-email settings. This is a default email setting often used when you print documents to Email.




Improved error messages in day-end processing:

If a problem occurs during day-end processing, improved messages help you identify the cause of problem. It saves the detail of the last date and time when the day end process was run.




Improved Item Finder:

Item finder now includes the following columns:

  1. Quantity Available
  2. Quantity Committed
  3. Quantity On Hand
  4. Quantity on Purchase Order
  5. Quantity on Sales Order
  6. Preferred Vendor (name and number)
  7. Preferred Vendor Item Number




Improved Help Menu:

The Help Menu boasts of a new and improved design with several new options to get appropriate help to the resources.
