Whatsapp integration for Sage 300

The WhatsApp integration is an add-on that enables users to send messages and document copies with predefined details to the relevant vendor or customer via WhatsApp.This feature is available for selected transaction screens authorized through the Notification Assignment screens.

The WhatsApp Integration feature will be available for the following modules:
Customer notifications for Sales Transactions
Vendor notifications for Purchase Transactions

In the WhatsApp Notification Assignment UI, users can easily select which transaction screens will trigger WhatsApp notifications.

Upon transaction creation, customers and vendors will receive a WhatsApp notification along with the relevant attachment, ensuring that communication is prompt and efficient.

Pre/Post Notifications

Notifications will be sent as reminders to customers and vendors, like order delivery reminders for vendors and payment reminders for customers.

Users Preference

If Auto Post is unchecked, the User can manually trigger a notification to the CustomerNendor by clicking the WhatsApp button on the Transaction screen during the posting process.
