1. Adobe Acrobat (PDF)

Exports the report exactly as displayed in the preview, maintaining layout and formatting. In this, Option Formatting is locked and non-editable.

5. Rich Text Format (RTF) Export

6. Text File (TXT) Export

Exports the report in .rpt format, which is a Crystal Report Readable file. Generally used to make changes to the .rpt file, which is being used to print, so that changes can be made permanently moving forward.

9. HTML 4.0 / 3.2

This option lets you print a report and save it in a specified directory, wherein if the directory is used to embed the files on a website, then this output will be embedded as a hyperlink and show the report in the browser.

  • No need to download and consume space on every system
