Greytrix Document Numbering add-on allows setup and auto-assigning of document numbers for transactions based on pre-defined structures such as Account Sets, Location, Fiscal year, etc. for sales and purchase. The add-on overrides the standard and rigid method of Sage 300 ERP to setup document numbering for transactions. The structure functions on user behest, offering maximum flexibility to setup document numbering for various transactions as per the requirement.

An easy option to create document number series consisting of different segments.

Segments are Prefix (Document Type), Number, Fiscal Year, Location and Custom [TBD].

A unique code i.e. Document Structure Code can be assigned to each structure setup.

The add-on will read Account Set/Location from the transaction being posted and will ascertain the structure code setup for any particular Account Set/Location code. If not found, then the standard numbering logic will be executed.

User-friendly interface which enables the setup of distinct numbering structure for each document type.

The Numbering Structure option helps to create the structure for numbering series as per the user requirement.

The Numbering Mapping option assigns the numbering structure to different transactions based on the Account set or Location.
